Baked Brie with Pomegranate ~ with artisan crackers.

Salad

Baby Gems with Crispy Prosciutto, Shallots and Manchego  ~ with citrus champagne vinaigrette.

Entrees

Roasted Rack of Lamb ~ with wild mushrooms and red wine reduction.

Crab Stuffed Wild Rockfish ~ with lemon beurre blanc.

Vegetable Torte in Puffed Pastry ~ smoked tomato and saffron sauce.

Dessert

Rosemary Tarragon Panna Cotta ~ with roasted plums and a red wine glaze.
