  7. Wine for Tuna: Proprieta Sperino, Rosa del Rosa, 2024 – A mostly Nebbiolo rosé with some Vespolina. Dry, serious, and delicious with notes of apricots and just lip-smacking good. $28.99

  8. Wine for Chicken: Sentidiño, Albariño, 2025 – Clean and vibrant with exotic fruit notes! $18.99

  9. Wine for Curry and the Cobb Salad: The Red Diver, Cincinnatus Vineyard, Rosé, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2025 – Dry and clean with citrus notes and good minerality. $24.99

Entrées are served with green beans and buttered tea rice, along with an arugula salad with carrot ribbons, pepitas, Parmesan, olive oil, and balsamic dressing, plus fresh artisan bread with olive tapenade and extra-virgin olive oil.
