  7. Wine for Steak: Château Recougne, Bordeaux Supérieur, 2022 ~ Notes of plums, and red currants   22.99/btl

  8. Wine for Pasta: De Angelis, Pecorino Offida, Campo di Marte, 2024 (organic) ~ 100% Pecorino (same name as the cheese). Dry with aromas of citrus, acacia, jasmine, and pear, and savory herbal notes of sage or thyme   18.99/btl  

Entrees are served with a side of baby bok choy and celeriac potato mash. Also includes a salad of arugula, carrot ribbons, pumpkin seeds, Parmesan and an olive oil balsamic dressing with fresh artisan bread and olive tapenade in extra virgin olive oil.
