Wine for Mushroom: Tablelands, Sauvignon Blanc, 2023 ~ From Marlborough. Notes of gooseberry and grapefruit. Clean and refreshing 22.99/btl
Wine for Pasta: Montevecchio, Heathcote, Rosso, Field blend, 2022 (organic) ~ Australian producer but a blend of six Italian grapes. Rustic, with notes of garrigue and wild berries 28.99/btl
Entrees are served with a side of sauteed baby spinach and garlic herbed roasted potatoes. Also includes a salad of arugula, carrot ribbons, pumpkin seeds, Parmesan and an olive oil balsamic dressing with fresh artisan bread and olive tapenade in extra virgin olive oil.
