  8. Wine for Chicken: Domaine du Clos de Sixte, Lirac, 2021 (organic) ~ Smooth, rich and loaded with dark berry notes and spice   28.99/btl

  9. Wine for Pie: De Angelis, Pecorino Offida, Campo di Marte, 2024 (organic) ~ 100% Pecorino (same name as the cheese). Dry with aromas of citrus, acacia, jasmine, and pear, and savory herbal notes of sage or thyme   18.99/btl

  10. Wine for Pasta: Assuli Carinda Insolia, 2024 (organic) ~ From Sicily. Round and medium-bodied with notes of pear and flowers   22.99/btl

Entrees are served with a side of sunshine carrots and fragrant herbed tea rice. Also includes a salad of arugula, carrot ribbons, pumpkin seeds, Parmesan and an olive oil balsamic dressing with fresh artisan bread and olive tapenade in extra virgin olive oil.
