Wine for En Croûte: Château La Motte du Barry, Bordeaux Superieur 2022 (organic) ~ Made from mostly Merlot, this wine is round and nicely fruity with earthy tones and medium tannins 18.99/btl
Wine for Pasta: Domaine Grand Veneur, Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc, Le Miocene, 2023 (organic) ~ Luscious white Châteauneuf-du-Pape with lychee, mango, peach and exotic fruit flavors 69.99/btl
Entrees are served with a side of roasted Brussels sprouts and mashed sweet potatoes. Also includes a salad of arugula, carrot ribbons, pumpkin seeds, Parmesan and an olive oil balsamic dressing with fresh artisan bread and olive tapenade in extra virgin olive oil.
