  9. Wine for Cobb Salad: Steininger, Grüner Veltliner, Kamptal Reserve, 2023 (sustainable) – Zingy, elegant Grüner with aromas of green apple, pear, white pepper and mineral notes that work well with kale.   28.99/btl

  10. Wine for Pasta: Cincinnatus Rosé, 2022 ~ Dry with soft strawberry notes and good acidity.   22.99/btl

Entrees are served with a side of Parmesan broccoli and quinoa. Also includes a salad of arugula, carrot ribbons, pumpkin seeds, Parmesan and an olive oil balsamic dressing with fresh artisan bread and olive tapenade in extra virgin olive oil.
