  1. Prince Edward Island Mussels ~ in a light white wine tomato sauce.   33.

  2. Chicken Tarragon Stew ~ boneless breast, potato, onions, carrots, celery, herbs and cream.   34.

  3. Pesto Cream Pasta ~ with caramelized onions and kale.   24.

  4. Shiitake and Red Kuri Squash Tart ~ with goat cheese and herbs, topped with puffed pastry.   25.

  5. Appetizer: Herbed Olives, Roasted Garlic and Baby Tomatoes ~ with fresh artisan bread.    18.

  6. Soup: Carrot and Rice Soup ~ in a saffron broth. 8.

  7. Wine for Mussels: Château Pradeaux, Bandol, Rosé, 2022 (organic)  ~ Sumptuous, smooth and rich with blood orange and berry notes.   38.99/btl. 

  8. Wine for Chicken: Domaine des Homs, Paul, Minervois, 2019 (organic) – Smooth, rich Minervois with notes of blackberry and blackcurrant.   24.99/btl.

  9. Wine for Pasta: Poggio al Tufo, Rompicollo, 2021 ~ Lovely Sangiovese Cabernet Sauvignon super Tuscan. Earthy, plummy notes. 29.99.

  10. Wine for Tart: Hirsch, Chénas, 2021 2022 (organic) ~ Chénas is the most rare of the 10 Beaujolais crus. Soft, with notes of tart cherry, berries. 100% Gamay.   28.99/btl.

Entrees are served with a side of sauteed spinach and herbed quinoa. Also includes a salad of mixed lettuce, slivered fennel, carrot ribbons, Parmesan and French Dijon vinaigrette, with fresh artisan bread and extra virgin olive oil.
