Beef Bourguignon ~ pasture-raised from River Oak Farm, mushrooms, baby potatoes, bacon, pearl onions, wine and fresh herbs, with crusty bread. 35.
Squid Ink Pasta ~ with caramelized onions, garlic, mushrooms and Parmesan. 25.
Potato Gruyère Tarts ~ with thin sliced Yukon Golds, caramelized onions, cream and fresh herbs in a puffed pastry. 25.
Appetizer: Whipped Lemon Ricotta ~ with honey and fresh herbs, served with crostini. 18.

Wine for Pasta: La Grange de Piaugier, Côtes du Rhône, 2021 (organic) ~ Medium-bodied, smooth, with notes of cherry and plum, black pepper and other spices. 24.99/btl.
Wine for Tart: Domaine Manoir du Carra, Beaujolais Nouveau, 2024 – 100% Gamay with notes of red fruit (strawberry, raspberry, cherries) and hibiscus, roses, and blueberry. 15.99/btl.
Entrees are served with a side of sautéd spinach with mushrooms, and couscous. Also includes a salad of mixed lettuce, slivered fennel, carrot ribbons, pumpkin seeds, Parmesan and French Dijon vinaigrette, with fresh artisan bread and extra virgin olive oil.
