Clint Costanzo joins us from Lancaster, PA, where he has lived and worked in the food industry for 40 years. Clint fell in love with cooking watching his mother Gloria prepare simple but delicious Italian meals for not only her family, but for neighbors and friends alike.

Simplicity is the star of the show when it comes to Clint’s style of cooking. Fresh, high quality food doesn’t require complicated recipes to be delicious and satisfying.

When he’s not traveling to food shows all over the country, Clint enjoys preparing meals for his family and friends. He also loves spending time in the kitchen with his young grandson Calvin, carrying on the tradition of Mrs. C’s generous spirit.
